Comet

'COMET': 9-year-old male American Eskimo. Housebroken (he initially marked a plant in my house, but has been good since - boys will be boys). Neutered, healthy and up to date on shots. Comet was abandoned by his family due to a move. He is a great dog, but is seeking the companionship of a family. Watching "House MD" with a 60-year old is not his idea of a party. He loves to chase cats, so he'd do better without them. He loves walks, but needs some work with a leash.

He is VERY protective, but not vicious. He would never bite anyone harmless, but I think he would agressively defend his master in a serious situation.

He absolutely loves to ride in a car.

He is actually pretty low maintenance - nail trims and an ocassional bath. He is a light to medium shedder, despite his appearance.

Reward if found. Grey Tortie with yellow eyes and front paw looks pink in color.

Last seen in the John R and Long Lake Rd. area. Most likely hiding in a garage or under deck. Very timid. 248-729-7095

UPDATE: NEWMAN FOUND!

Thanks to all who shared emails and postings. Newman was hit by a car, but his owner says he is doing just fine and back home!
